That membership includes unlimited office visits, same-day and next-day appointments, and direct communication with your physician for ongoing guidance and support.
Our physicians have the experience and versatility to manage most day-to-day health needs right in our clinic. When specialized treatment is needed, we coordinate directly with trusted specialists to ensure seamless, continuous care.

We are a local solution to a national problem, rebuilding the direct doctor–patient relationship and restoring care that is guided by trust, evidence and compassion. By keeping our practice independent and membership-based, we put the focus back where it belongs.

Dr Jason Pfaffly practiced in Ocala from 2021 before opening Agora Health. A background in engineering shapes how he works a problem: systems first, root cause second, prescription last. He cares for patients of every age and writes the practice’s Dear Dr Jason series.
Women’s health & pediatrics · Co-founder
A North Florida native and quadruple University of Florida graduate, Dr Mallory Pfaffly brings both medical expertise and personal perspective to her work. She leads the practice’s women’s health and pediatric care and manages Agora Health as a business built to stay small on purpose.
